How you pay EXON
EXON collects payments in partnership with Paymob, Egypt's payment gateway. You are never asked for a card number over WhatsApp or on the phone: when a quote is agreed we send you a Paymob payment link, and you choose how to pay on Paymob's own secure page.

How you pay
- 01
You get a written quotation, itemised and valid until a stated date. Nothing is charged while you read it.
- 02
You accept the quotation, and EXON sends you a Paymob payment link for the agreed amount.
- 03
You pay on Paymob's secure page — card, mobile wallet, Apple Pay or Google Pay, bank instalments or BNPL, or cash at a Fawry, Aman or Masary outlet.
- 04
Paymob confirms the payment and issues a receipt, and EXON follows it with a tax invoice carrying the same payment reference.

Which banks and companies appear on the page, and over how many months, depends on the amount and on each provider's own approval — the instalment terms are between you and them, not part of your agreement with EXON.
Deposits
A security deposit is a real charge, not a hold: the amount is stated in the quotation, it is paid the same way as the rental, and it appears on the invoice as its own line.
The deposit is refunded after the machine is returned and the handover record is signed, less anything the agreement allows to be deducted, within the period stated in your agreement.
Refunds & disputes
A refund goes back to the method you paid with — a card refund returns to that card, a wallet payment to that wallet. If something on an invoice looks wrong, tell us before you dispute it with your bank: the contact page reaches the same team that issued the quotation.
Every invoice carries the payment reference of the transaction that settled it, so a payment can always be traced to the request it belongs to.
Security
- Paymob is a PCI DSS certified gateway; the payment page is theirs, not a form rebuilt on this site.
- Card payments are confirmed by 3-D Secure — the one-time code your own bank sends you.
- Card details are entered on Paymob's page and are never stored by EXON. Our records hold the payment reference and the amount, and nothing else.
- EXON will never ask for a card number, a CVV or an OTP over WhatsApp, by email or on the phone. Anyone who does is not us.
Questions
Do I have to pay online?
No. The payment link is the fastest route, but a bank transfer against the invoice works too — ask the team that sent your quotation and they will send the account details in writing.
Does confirming a request charge me anything?
No. Requesting confirmation does not sign a contract and does not take money. Nothing is charged until you accept a quotation and pay the link yourself.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, where the amount qualifies. The instalment and buy-now-pay-later options appear on Paymob's page, and the terms are set by the bank or the company you choose, not by EXON.
